Liquid Life

​​​Born in the Beer Capital of China, I was immersed in a vibrant brewing culture and had extensive exposure to diverse craft beers from an early age.​

​Driven by a strong interest in wine, I passed the WSET Level 3 with merit and am currently undertaking the WSET Level 4.

Beyond beer and wine, I am active in mixology. I hold a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and a TAFE Statement in Cocktail Making. I produce instructional videos on cocktail making (in Chinese) and develop original recipes at home.
